Cemeteries providing monuments
Wed, 07/27/2011 - 12:13 — Petrea RandazzoI would like to know if there is any law that states that a privately owned cemetery can not sell monuments. If there is, can you let me know?
Depends on the state

"There are still a number of states that prohibit or restrict private cemeteries from selling monuments. Among them are NY, NJ, and most if not all of the New England states."
Hope that is helpful!
