This hour-long session will bring you the information you need to make sure that you are doing everything you can to protect your business and your client/families. The session covers the correct legal paperwork that should be completed by all parties involved with the loss of a pet (the veterinarian, the crematory/cemetery/funeral home and the family) and how to explain the paperwork in easy-to-understand terms to a grieving family.
If you are a veterinary clinic, make sure that the paperwork presented in this session is being required by your pet loss professional.
If you are a pet loss professional, you will not only want to know what paperwork should be filled out, but how to educate your veterinary partners as to the importance of this process.
At the end of the session, Poul Lemasters and Coleen Ellis have an open forum to address any concerns that the attendees to the webinar had introducing this information to families or to other professionals.
