1. All applicants must work in one of the central states (Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Wisconsin), and be employed by a cemetery for a minimum of two years.

2. Only FULLY COMPLETED applications will be considered and must be received BY THE DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 13, 2012.

3. All decisions of the Central States Cemetery Association Scholarship Committee and the ICCFA Educational Foundation are final.
