Mandalay Bay was the site of our 2007 Expo, the most successful in ICCFA history, but this year we plan to leave that 2007 attendance record in the dust.

We are committed to make 2009 ICCFA's "breakout" year and have doubled our promotional budget accordingly. We believe this association holds the best convention in the industry, and we are spending what it takes to get that word out. Beyond attracting more customers for you to meet, we have structured the entire program to bring maximum traffic into the Expo hall.

New this year, we are adding a program specifically to support your needs. You spend a lot of time, money and effort to exhibit, and we make sure you get the best ROI. This means maximizing your face-to-face prospecting efforts, and so we are bringing in a sales and marketing expert who can help you do that. On the first morning of the convention, Dean Lindsay will present a session exclusively for suppliers titled, "Cracking the Networking Code: 4 Steps to Priceless Business Relationships." Dean will show you how to initiate face-to-face sales contacts and then turn those into long-lasting business relationships.

The ICCFA Convention & Exposition is continuously the highest rated trade show in our industry. We will work closely with our supplier to make sure your needs are met prior to, on-site and following the Expo. In addition to higher attendance and the exclusive training session, this year's Expo will provide you with:

  • Non-competing exhibiting hours
  • More than 10 hours of productive networking opportunities with the industry's top buyers
  • Continuous food and beverage service throughout all Expo hours
  • Expo in the same room as General Sessions

As in previous years, applications received by December 15 will be assigned their booth(s) based on the ICCFA point system. Applications received after December 15 will be assigned their booth on a first-come, first-served basis.
