  As Sales Manager, you’ll manage leads and be responsible for coaching our Sales Staff – acting as their primary reference regarding customer service and satisfaction, prospecting, product knowledge, sales presentations, closing skills, prices, terms, paperwork, and sales guideline interpretation.   • Promote Sales
  • Ensure that location sales quotas are achieved
  • Recruit sales representatives

  • Handle personnel issues and problems 
  • Conduct weekly sales meetings
  • Ensure all contracts/paperwork are completed and returned accurately and in a timely manner
