RISING STARS
Welcome, students! We have developed a special program to make attending a portion of the Convention especially affordable for you. Our Rising Stars program, Friday, March 12, is filled with educational and networking activities that will be of particular interest to you. The full schedule of events for March 12 maybe found by clicking here; you are welcome to pick and choose the sessions you find most relevant to your educational development. Click here to register online now for just $25.

What Does Your Registration Include?
Full Member, Non-member and Supplier/Professional Registrations include admission to all Expo Functions and Convention educational sessions, as well as the "Leadership Worth Following" Luncheon and the Closing Dinner. First-time attendees also receive a complimentary ticket to the First Timers Reception.

Please note that although the "Leadership Worth Following" Luncheon is included in the full Member, Non-member and Supplier/Professional registration fee, you must sign up for it on your registration form. Seating is limited, and tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis according to post date of the registration form. Additional tickets may be purchased by spouses/guests and by non-registered individuals for as long as they are available.

The Spouse/Guest Registration is offered only to individuals not employed in the cemetery, funeral service and related professions. It includes daily admission to all Expo Hall functions and to the Closing Dinner.

Registration Policies
Attendees registering by February 5 will receive the Early Registration Discount. Only registered individuals with badges or tickets may attend Convention events.

Ticketed Events
Prayer Breakfast: The Prayer Breakfast is not included in any of the registration fees and requires a ticket.

"Leadership Worth Following" Luncheon: A ticket for this luncheon is included in the full Member, Non-member and Supplier/Professional registration price. Individuals purchasing a full registration must sign up for the luncheon using the registration form. Seating will be limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis according to post mark date. Anyone who does not have a full Member, Non-member or Supplier/Professional registration must purchase a ticket.

Closing Dinner: Each full Member, Non-member, Supplier/Professional and Spouse/Guest registration includes a ticket for the Closing Dinner. Non-registered individuals may purchase a ticket. Please note that all Closing Dinner tickets must be brought to the ICCFA Registration Desk by Friday at noon for validation and seating assignment.

Tickets may be purchased on the registration form or onsite at the ICCFA Registration Desk. Tickets may be purchased up to 24 hours prior to the event.

Continuing Education Credits
Funeral directors can earn up to 19 CE hours at the Convention, pending individual state approval. (Please note that due to onerous fee requirements, the ICCFA no longer applies for CE credits from Pennsylvania). Attendance certificates will be available at the ICCFA Registration Desk, and ICCFA staff will validate your certificate onsite.

Dress
Business casual attire is the norm at the Convention. Cocktail dresses and jackets are appropriate for the Saturday night Closing Dinner.

Travel
The Grand Hyatt San Antonio is located at 600 E. Market Street, San Antonio, Texas. It is located eight miles from San Antonio International Airport. Shuttle transportation to and from San Antonio International Airport is provided by SATRANS, the city's official airport shuttle, between 7 a.m. and 1 a.m. daily. Shuttle tickets ($32 round trip) are sold at the baggage claim area in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.
