1. All applicants must be ICCFA members in good standing, and employed in the funeral, cemetery or cremation profession for a minimum of two years.
2. Only FULLY COMPLETED applications will be considered and must be received BY THE DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 13, 2012.
3. All decisions of the ICCFA Educational Foundation are final.
By submitting this application you are declaring that:
1. The information contained in this application is correct and complete.
2. You are able to attend the 2012 ICCFA University and understand that you cannot assign the scholarship award to another person.
