How to Obtain Continuing Education
1. Determine if the course is approved for continuing education in your licensing state by reviewing the Course Accreditation by State Matrix ICCFA-Dignity U eCampus Web site. Not all courses on the ICCFA-Dignity U website are CEU accredited.
2.Successfully complete the ICCFA-Dignity U eCampus online course with an 80% or higher score. You may take a course exam up to three times should you want a higher score.
3. Obtain an additional certificate of completion that serves as proof of having completed a continuing education accredited course by completing the CEU Certificate of Completion Request form. The certificate of completion does not meet state licensing requirements as proof of having completed a CEU accredited course.
Note: Use one CEU Certificate of Completion Request form per each course completed.
4. Submit the completed CEU Certificate of Completion Request form via email, fax or mail to:

5. Upon receipt of this form, a certificate of completion that meets your state’s licensing requirements will be mailed to you. Successful completion of training by scoring 80% or higher will be verified prior to the issuance of a certificate. Please allow 30 days to receive your certificate.
6. Submit proof of your continuing education credits to your state licensing board.All licensed funeral professionals are responsible for submitting their continuing education credits in accordance to their state requirements and/or laws and regulations. Where applicable, Dignity U will notify your state board of course completion.
