Capillas Senoriales
Mixco, Guatemala

For the past eight years, Capillas Senoriales funeral home has staged an Easter week Passion Play, specifically the Vis-crucis.

During this very special time in Guatemalan culture, Capillas Senoriales utilizes the main atrium in one of its funeral homes. The stage is prepared and two presentations of the life and passion of Christ are performed by one of the top theatre groups in the country. A total of 5,400 families attended this artistic representation in 2002.
