I would like to know if there is any law that states that a privately owned cemetery can not sell monuments. If there is, can you let me know?

Petrea, Thank you for your inquiry. Here is the response from ICCFA Executive Director and General Counsel Bob Fells:

"There are still a number of states that prohibit or restrict private cemeteries from selling monuments. Among them are NY, NJ, and most if not all of the New England states."
